Job Vacancy Branch Manager at Mensa Grup in Medan - MENSA GROUP, comprises of several companies with diversified activity such as import, export & trading pharmaceutical raw materials, food, feed, and cosmetic; generic pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical supplies and dental equipment manufacturing, pharmaceutical; hospital/medical supplies and consumer goods distribution.

Branch Manager Sumatra (BMS)
Sumatera Utara - Medan
Responsibilities:
The Incumbent will manage and handle the Distribution of Products (Medical Devices, Pharmacy, and Consumer Goods) in Sumatra.
- Coordinate, arrange and decide the work system of sales force at branch to ensure sales target achievemen
- Prepare the strategy to market development
- Plan, monitor, evaluate and determine the work system of administration, finance and human resources, including company's assets at the branch to support branch's operational
- Verification all reports: sales, delivery and product stock, administration, finance; and report the updates of branch operational
- Maintain good relationship with all customers by direct visit and meeting
- Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the human resources performance
Requirements:
The candidate must have exposure in Sales / Marketing at Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or Consumer Goods Industry

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, open for all Major, but preferable Biology, Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): distribution planning, forecasting, management, Medical Devices, Leadership.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or have Min. 2 years working experience as Branch manager in distribution company.
- Havewide networking in hospital and other health institution.
- Willing to travel a lot.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sumatra.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate / Distribution or equivalent.
- A full-time position is available.
