- Civil Degree graduates Univ. leading min. GPA 3.00 (scale of 4).
- Experienced min. 3 Years as Project Manager of the company of the Property / Real Estate or High rise building
- Understanding of civil engineering for buildings and infrastructure
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Mastering project management, cost analysis, manufacturing planning and engineering and administration schedule
- Independent, disciplined, assertive, conscientious, diligent and has integrity, leadership skills (team work) and can lead projects in the field
