Recruitment Manager
Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategy, police and consistent operational implementation of all HR Policies including compensation and benefit policy and program
  • Preparing all recruitment material start from organization, brochures, further particular, job description, job profile, and job advertisement
  • Design and developing creative recruitment solution
  • Doing a recruitment process starting from screening, short listing, evaluating, till the selection process finished
  • Develop good employee communications program and establish effective relationship between HR and other function at various level
  • Advising manager on best practice recruitment and selection
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, 30 – 40 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from reputable University, with major Psychology, HR Management, HR Business or MBA in HR
  • Having 10 years experience in Recruitment and Development with minimum 7 years in Managerial Level
  • Candidate must have skills of Numerical and Budgeting
  • Must be familiar with Psychometric test, MCU personality questionnaires, evaluating selection process and Labor regulatory.
  • Familiar in giving training for employee and relocation staff in all department
  • Having good knowledge and skill in staff acquisition and development for both technical and leadership talent
  • Has the ability to develop and thoroughly implement realistic tactical plans
  • Can work with own initiative both in team or personal
  • Must have a good organizational skill and interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
  • Computer literate
  • Candidate must be able to travelling
