Recruitment Manager
Jakarta
Responsibilities:- Develop strategy, police and consistent operational implementation of all HR Policies including compensation and benefit policy and program
- Preparing all recruitment material start from organization, brochures, further particular, job description, job profile, and job advertisement
- Design and developing creative recruitment solution
- Doing a recruitment process starting from screening, short listing, evaluating, till the selection process finished
- Develop good employee communications program and establish effective relationship between HR and other function at various level
- Advising manager on best practice recruitment and selection
- Male or Female, 30 – 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from reputable University, with major Psychology, HR Management, HR Business or MBA in HR
- Having 10 years experience in Recruitment and Development with minimum 7 years in Managerial Level
- Candidate must have skills of Numerical and Budgeting
- Must be familiar with Psychometric test, MCU personality questionnaires, evaluating selection process and Labor regulatory.
- Familiar in giving training for employee and relocation staff in all department
- Having good knowledge and skill in staff acquisition and development for both technical and leadership talent
- Has the ability to develop and thoroughly implement realistic tactical plans
- Can work with own initiative both in team or personal
- Must have a good organizational skill and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
- Computer literate
- Candidate must be able to travelling
