Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for managing the buying process from the sourcing, negotiation and purchasing of materials on time, fit for purpose, under budget through to site delivery suiting construction program
- Strategically position the procurement process to ensure maximum benefit to the company
- Generating centralized oversight of all procurement activities: pre tender, material, subcontract, plant and Labour Only Sub Contractors
- Developing protocol for the involvement of procurement at the estimating and design phase and formalize the protocol in the company’s decision making process
- Handling general affair service eg. office equipment distribution, office machines & maintenance, office renovation, office inventory management, an supervision of transportation and distribution, office boy, receptionist, messenger, and cleaning service
- Dealing with building management
- Developing and socializing GA policies
- Ensure the GA operation both in Head Office & All branches are under the standardized procedure
- Keeping good relationship with all department in building and improving the level of GA service
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- At least min. 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in Procurement and Operation Management.
- Understanding budget implications and cost savings initiatives.
- Proficiency of ERP system (JDE, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Office.
- Proficiency of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and a high level of intercultural competence.
- Leadership experience on team or department level.
- Open minded, dedicated to deliver results.
