Legal Specialist in Jakarta
Responsibilities:

Responsible to prepare and review contract agreement for oil and gas, to identify and minimize risks from legal point of view, to advise on legal issues and legal documentation drafting
Processing legal corporate documentation
Filling and completion the legal documents
Manage documents and initiative to prevent lack of documents
Reviewing legal information and documents for litigation and others commercial documents
Ensure complience with Indonesian applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedurs

Requirements:

    Min. Master Degree (S2) of Law study program from reputable University
    Min 4-5 years experience
    Having experience in oil and gas or trading industry would be an advantage.
    Excellent in logical thinking, analytical skill and innovative problem solving
    Proactive, hardworking, discipline, result oriented
    Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
    Communicative and able to work as a team
    Good personality, inter-personal skill and communication skill
    Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire
    Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
    Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management
    Highly motivated and creative minded with strong drive to succeed is a must
    Discipline, creative, initiative, punctual, and ready work immediately
    Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
    Able to work under pressure, deadlines and over long hours independently with minimum supervision.
    Fluent in English both written and spoken

Land Acquisition (LA)

Responsibilities:
Job Scope:

Land Search & Acquisition
Aggressively search for land deals to place under contract. Build relationships with local land owners and brokers. Schedule meetings and work directly with the banks and equity partners if a Joint Venture is involved
Drive Land process to meet VC and operating margin goals
To support the land acquisition process, will build strong internal relationships with Sales, Purchasing, Construction, Customer Service, Marketing, Daily Units Processing and Mortgage
Collect and analyze data to prepare weekly reports to upper management with a snapshot of all acquisitions.
Co-manage rollout meetings and related process changes with other Land department employees and/or engineers
Provide relevant information and keep the members of the Land and Operations teams appraised
Minimum four (4) years proven land experience in acquisition, contract negotiation and relationship building

Requirements:

Bachelor / Diploma degree from Law / Management preferably
Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships
Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively
Fluent in English
Ready to travelling
Ready to work under pressure
Ready to relocate or to be place in our project
