Job Vacancy Purchasing Manager At PT Meranti Magsaysay in Jakarta - PT Meranti Magsaysay is a joint venture between Magsaysay Maritime Corporation based in the Philippines and existing in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and with principal office at Jl Talang Betutu No.5 Jakarta Pusat 10230, Indonesia.

We urgently look for the following positions:
PURCHASING MANAGER
(DKI Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Participates in negotiations for service contracts
Contacts vendors to determine product availability and terms of sales
Maintains record of goods ordered and received
Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for supplies
Controls purchasing department budgets
Protects inventories from waste, spoilage and theft
Obtains competitive quotations and bids
Ensure physical stock take is conducted as scheduled
Establishes standard purchasing specifications
Ensures products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance and Accounting.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Management or Supervisor/Team Lead.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- With high moral standards and integrity
